  • AUTHORS.md exists
  • CHANGELOG.md exists
  • Long examples moved to references/ when appropriate

Quality​

  • Description is specific and trigger-friendly
  • Instructions are action-oriented
  • Customer-specific names removed
  • Sensitive paths, hosts, and IDs generalized
  • Operational messages are in English

Governance​

  • Release plan month file updated
  • Status value set correctly
  • Summary table updated
  • Changelog updated with current date and author
